This Refund Policy explains how exchanges, returns and refunds work for purchases made from Sport Del-Rey Comércio de Roupas LTDA (“Sport Del-Rey”, “we”), CNPJ 31.319.676/0001-76, Rua da Alfândega, 206, Centro, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 20070-000, Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990 – CDC).
1. Scope
This policy applies to clothing, footwear, socks and accessories bought from Sport Del-Rey. Sales are not completed on this website.
2. Exchanges at the store
Products bought at our store may be exchanged for another size, color or model, subject to availability. Just bring the product unused, with its tag, and the receipt.
Under Brazilian law, stores are not required to exchange products without defects that were bought in person. Sport Del-Rey offers this exchange as a courtesy, under the conditions informed at the time of purchase.
3. Defective products
- Deadline to report: clothing, footwear and accessories are durable goods, so you have 90 days from receipt to report an apparent defect. For hidden defects, the 90 days start when the defect becomes evident.
- Resolution period: once the defect is reported, we have up to 30 days to resolve it.
- If it is not resolved: you may choose a replacement with a product of the same kind in perfect condition, a refund of the amount paid, monetarily updated, or a proportional price reduction.
Normal wear, misuse or care contrary to the instructions on the label are not considered manufacturing defects.
4. Purchases outside the store
When a purchase is made outside our store — for example, by phone or email — you may withdraw from it within 7 days of receiving the product, as provided in article 49 of the CDC. In this case, all amounts paid, including any delivery costs, are refunded, monetarily updated.
5. How refunds are made
- Refunds are made using the same payment method used in the purchase whenever possible;
- For card payments, the reversal is requested from the card operator, and the credit appears on the statement according to the card issuer’s timeline;
- For other payment methods, the amount is refunded by bank transfer.
6. How to request
Visit our store or write to contact@usasportdelrey.com, informing your name, the receipt number and the reason for the request. For defects, photos of the product help us speed up the analysis. You can also choose the “Exchange or return” subject on our contact form.
